All Things Bridal SA Returns Policy

At All Things Bridal SA, we take pride in the quality of our products. All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure they meet our high standards. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to contact us at sales@allthingsbridalsa.com. By completing your order, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy.

1. Made-to-Order and Change of Heart

In accordance with Sections 19(1)(c) and 20(3) of the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), items that have been customized or made to order according to the customer’s specific requirements (e.g., size, color, or style) are not eligible for return or refund. This includes returns due to a change of heart or for non-defective reasons, as these items are crafted specifically for you.  

2. Condition of Goods and Defective Items

Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and include proof of purchase.  

Defective items:  

  • Requests must be made within **7 days** of receiving delivery.  
  • Email **sales@allthingsbridalsa.com** with **photographic evidence** of the damage.  
  • The item must be returned within **15 days** of receiving your order if deemed defective. 

Repair attempts:  We will first attempt to repair the item.  

Refund or exchange:

  • If repair is not possible, a refund or exchange will be issued.  
  • Refunds are only issued if the damage occurred during our internal manufacturing process.  
  • If the damage is caused by the customer, a refund will be denied.  

All returns, whether for general or defective items, are subject to inspection to confirm compliance with the conditions.  

3. Incorrect Sizing and Alterations

Sizing charts are available on all applicable product screens to assist customers in selecting the correct size. If the sizing of a made-to-order item is still incorrect, All Things Bridal SA offers alteration services at an additional charge. Customers are responsible for all courier fees associated with sending the item back for alteration.  

4. Material and Color Variations

Sample fabrics are available for order prior to purchasing to ensure satisfaction with material type and color. Please note that colors may appear differently on electronic screens than in real life. While we strive for accuracy, All Things Bridal SA cannot be held responsible for color discrepancies due to screen display variations.  

5. Customer Responsibility for Selections

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their selections regarding size, color, and other product specifications are accurate before finalizing their purchase. All Things Bridal SA provides detailed product descriptions, sizing charts, and sample materials to assist in making informed decisions. Please review all information carefully, as returns for incorrect choices that are not due to any fault on our part may not be accepted.
